WELCOME TO HOMESTEAD AYSO SOCCER 2007!

We are looking forward to another great soccer season for our children in Homestead; with your help!  AYSO is an all-volunteer organization, and as you can imagine, there are many details involved in making the program run smoothly.  Volunteers are needed in a variety of areas, and our goal this season is 100% participation from our region’s families in donating some time to our organization.   

 We have listed below several ways in which you can participate.  Many of the activities involve assisting at the team level.  Several activities involve simple phone calling; others involve planning and organization, while some involve field activities in conjunction with scheduled games.        

 Please check one or more of the activities below if interested in volunteering:

          Team Parent: to co-ordinate team business, snacks, trophies, pictures, rainouts  etc.

         Fields set-up/maintenance: help with equipment set up, field projects, lining.

         Coaches: for all age groups. Approx. 4 hrs./week. 2hr. Game day.

         Referees/asst referees: Friday or Saturday only, 2-4 hours?

         Refreshment stand.

         Purchasing: help with pickup, purchasing and distribution of uniforms, pictures, etc.

         Committee Member:  special events, phone tree, help with clinics, tournaments, etc.

         Other: any ideas or talents you would be willing to contribute to our region this season?
